Shayna is an accomplished strategy and marketing leader who leads EY UK's Business Design Marketing Practice.
She has experience in the Telecoms & Media, and Consumer Product & Retail sectors. She has worked with clients to build modern B2B and B2C sales, marketing and customer organizations – an increasingly diverse and connected web of data, technology, and creative – to create ongoing customer conversations, earn long-term loyalty and trust, and drive quantifiable growth. Her purpose is to inspire businesses to create value that elevates the human experience. She has spent the past fifteen years pushing the boundaries in digital customer experience transformation, putting the customer at the center of the digital experience and transformation. She has helped many clients reimagine their futures and achieve their ambitions.
Prior to consulting, Shayna worked in a number of strategy and marketing roles where she launched new businesses and digital platforms. Her experience includes establishing the largest online advertising platform in NZ and launching Vodafone’s mobile advertising platforms and propositions across Australia and New Zealand.
